Parrah AI was started by someone who spent time in the trades before getting into tech. Not as a hobby. Actually doing the work. I know what it's like to be flat out on the tools with 'fix the website' sitting at the bottom of a list that never gets shorter.
Why trades and service businesses?
Because the gap between how good these businesses are and how they present online is massive. There are plumbers, electricians, and builders doing extraordinary work who have nothing to show for it online. Meanwhile, lesser operators with a decent website are winning the jobs.
What we believe about websites
A website isn't a vanity project. For a trades business, it's a 24/7 salesperson. It answers questions, shows your work, and makes it easy for a potential customer to take the next step without you having to be there. When it's done right, it quietly does its job in the background while you're on the tools.
What we think about AI
The AI conversation is full of hype. We're not here to sell you something you don't need. But there are real tools available today that can save a small business genuine hours every week, automating the admin that shouldn't need you to touch it. We'd rather show you something that works than pitch something that sounds impressive.
How we work
We work with a small number of clients at a time. Not because we can't scale. Because we'd rather do fewer things properly than more things average. When you work with us, you're dealing directly with the person who built the thing.
